Who is responsible

This website is run by Agnieszka Rudowski, architectural visualizer, Stockholm, Sweden. I am responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach me at agnieszka.rudowski@pm.me.

What I collect, and why

When you send the contact form, I receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company, project type and message (including any file links you paste into it). I use them only to answer your inquiry and, if we work together, to prepare and manage the project. The legal basis is the steps you ask me to take before a possible contract, and my legitimate interest in replying to messages sent to me.

This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not load fonts or scripts from other companies.

Who else handles it

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores contact form submissions on my behalf. Like any web host, Netlify also briefly records technical data such as IP addresses to keep the site secure and running. Netlify is based in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. I do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long it is kept

Inquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the project and for any period required by Swedish accounting law.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used — just email me. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se).
